The Filipino-American Association of Greater Birmingham, Inc. (FAAGB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1989 dedicated to promoting Filipino culture, community unity, and service in the greater Birmingham area. FAAGB provides opportunities for personal, educational, and cultural growth while welcoming and supporting Filipinos, Filipino-Americans, and newcomers to the community.

FAAGB promotes a strong sense of community among its members while preserving and celebrating Filipino heritage, traditions, values, and culture. Through social, cultural, educational, and charitable activities, the organization encourages members to build meaningful connections, work together toward common goals, and serve the greater community.

FAAGB also supports collaboration and networking among members and partner organizations to foster unity, outreach, and community involvement. In addition, the organization helps promote and publicize locally owned Filipino businesses, creating opportunities that benefit both its members and the broader community.
